Parents in for lunch
Across the year, each class has a week timetabled to give parents the opportunity to come in and share a lunchtime with their children. The timetable for the year is available to download below.
A letter and menu will be sent out to parents the week before the week allocated for your child’s class. You simply select which day you wish to come in to share lunch and return the letter to school with your child.
On the day in question, please arrive at school for 12:10 where you will be greeted at reception and given the menus for yourself and your child. You will be taken to the hall to be served first. Following lunch, you are welcome to stay with your child and join in on the playground! Parents will be asked to vacate the playground at 13:10, five minutes before the pupils re-enter school.
Please note that we are unable to accommodate younger siblings or pushchairs in the dining hall or the playground.
If you have more than one child in school, you can either use the options for different classes as they come up over the year, or we can arrange for you to share lunch with all your children at the school on the same day, even if they are in different classes or year groups.
